The following statements are designed to measure your attitudes towards your organization, the people you work with, and the job you perform. There are two aspects of these needs that determine how passionate you will be:
1. How important each need is to you personally.
2. Your perception of how the performance of your organization, manager, or team is satisfying the need.

Your passion will be highest when the needs that are most important to you are being fully satisfied by your organization, manager, or team.

Directions:
• Answer each question by selecting the number you feel is most accurate; your first response is usually the most accurate.
• For Section I, we will add up the numbers selected to get your Personal Needs score.
• When you have finished Section II, we will total the numbers selected to get your Workplace Performance score.
• In the last part we will measure the gap by subtracting your Workplace Performance score from your Personal Needs score to determine your gap score. Then we will subtract your gap score from 100 to get your Passion Index score. The higher your Passion Index score is, the more passionate you are about your work and your workplace.
